Danica Patrick tells IndyCar.com that her arrangement to finish her racing career at the 102nd Indianapolis 500 this May is complete.

The 35-year-old has made it known that the Daytona 500 and Indy 500 will be the final two races of her career.

She won her only race in 2008 as an IndyCar driver.

A public announcement of which team will field her entry in “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing” in May is not imminent, she said.

Patrick hasn’t competed in the Indy 500 since since 2011. She finished fourth in 2005 as a rookie.

Will Patrick’s career be remember as a success? A failure? Or something in between?
