Dorsey and the Ducks quiet Huskies

SEATTLE — Tyler Dorsey caught fire, and the Ducks took control of the Huskies in the second half as they started off the first game of their road trip in style with a 83-61 victory.

They were led by Tyler Dorsey, who hit eight threes on his way to 28 points. Dillon Brooks found himself in foul trouble most of the night, so Dorsey picked up a majority of the scoring load, especially in the second half when the Ducks took control of the game.

Below, you can hear the game how it sounded on our airwaves from the voice of Jerry Allen, who called the game up in Seattle. Check out the audio recap below:

Chris Boucher found himself on the end of this lob, as the Ducks took the lead early.

The Ducks were down three, but this Tyler Dorsey three was the beginning of a run to come.

Dylan Ennis splashed this three, now on the end of the big Ducks first half run.

In the second half, Jordan Bell returned from an injury he had sustained earlier on, and tested out his knee. He passed.

Then it was Tyler Dorsey’s turn, the sophomore caught fire from three, including this one.

And then a bit of a heat check.

Next up for the Ducks – they will finish off this two game road trip against Washington State. Our coverage on The Game will start at 3:30 with tip off at 4.
