Moving On! It’s still Spring Training………

Staff Writer 750/102.9 The Game

The Seattle Mariners took on the Milwaukee Brewers today in a forgetful Spring Game down in Arizona falling 24-3.  Highlights were few and far between so don’t blink or you might miss them.  The Mariners had their only lead in the game quickly in the top of the 1st inning when Ben Gamel jacked one to straight away center for his first home run of the Spring.

In the only other scoring opportunity for Seattle Daniel Vogelbach homers in the top of 7th on a fly ball to left center field to score Luis Liberato and pick up 2 RBIs.

Next up for the Mariners is a match up with the Chicago White Sox at Peoria Stadium.  Seattle sends James Paxton to the mound for the first time this year.  First pitch is 1:10PM.  The next Mariners game of the Spring that will be on 102.9/750 The Game comes your way Tuesday, March 21st against division rival Oakland at 7:00PM.
