Timbers blow up Dynamo, 4-2

PROVIDENCE PARK — It was a goal filled match at Providence Park on Saturday night – and it finished in the Portland Timbers third win in that many games. Portland put up four goals against the Houston Dynamo, who lost to the Timbers 4-2.

Portland is turning into an offensive power early in the MLS season, and Keith Blyer had the call on 102.9 FM/750AM The Game.

The Timbers would regain their lead as David Guzman put his first ball in the back of the net as a Timber.
