Our own John Canzano reports that Payton Pritchard, Louis King and Kenny Wooten each will declare for the NBA Draft with the opportunity to withdraw by June 10th.

Canzano reports on OregonLive that the players are able to hire an agent, and return to the University of Oregon, as long as they terminate their relationship with the agent by May 29th.

The NBA Draft is June 20th in Brooklyn, New York.  The combine is set for May 14-19 in Chicago.

Pritchard’s comment to Canzano on the decision to declare for the draft and hire an agent was simply, “just going through the process.”

The trio of Ducks join Bol Bol in declaring for the draft, though Bol is the surest thing to actually be drafted on June 20th and not withdraw by June 10th.  King might be the next best bet, though fans and executives alike are interested in his, Pritchard’s and Wooten’s stock compared to other draft-eligible players.

Canzano relays the opinion of an NBA General Manager on Bol’s NBA prospects:

“Everyone wants to know how much he loves hoops but his talent and size are intriguing. He has the reputation of a guy who doesn’t really love basketball but he oozes natural ability and you can’t teach that kind of size and length.”

JC also gives his take on how Pritchard currently stacks up at the next level:

I think Pritchard knows he needs another year in college. I also think he’s a tireless gym rat who will eventually find his way into the NBA in some capacity. For him, it will be about finding the right fit. The way he played at the end of the season certainly suggests he has a higher ceiling. Going through the process, at no risk, makes a lot of sense.
